Hunter Plastic Surgery won the 2015 Hunter Business Chamber Award for Small Business Customer Service on Friday 7 August.
Our Practice Director and co-founder Amber Moncrieff was there at the gala awards night to collect the award and said, “this is wonderful recognition that we aspire to be different from what some regard as a traditional medical practice. Our purpose is not just to make people healthy, but happy too.
“We have wonderful a Plastic Surgeon supported by our entire team who are committed to providing excellent care and service through every part of a patient’s journey with us from the first phone call to last post-treatment visit and beyond. And when we see the feedback from patients, including those who are so happy they publish them publicly in places like Facebook, it shows we are delivering on our goals.”
During the award presentation, MC Mike Rabbitt noted the Chamber had awarded this award based on a number of stand-out features, including that over 99% of our previous patients say they would recommend us to others and that we have an outstanding commitment to ongoing learning.
It was this learning focus which sadly prevented our Plastic Surgeon, Dr Nicholas Moncrieff, being able to attend on the night as he was in Melbourne for an advanced facial plastic surgery workshop! We really do walk to the talk on training and further education.
