Dr French is one of Australia’s most experienced breast surgeons. Dr French is a Specialist General Surgeon who has over 30 years experience in medicine and surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
As an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, Dr French is involved in teaching – from medical students to medical graduates and post graduate surgical fellows. In fact he supervised some of Dr Moncrieff's training in Sydney over 20 years ago!
He has contributed to numerous peer reviewed articles and is involved in numerous local and international clinical trials.
PLEASE NOTE: Dr French is currently not consulting new patients at Hunter Plastic Surgery due to considerable demands on his time in his Sydney clinic. We will update this site and social media when he is able to to return.

He does not currently offer breast augmentation or body procedures. For patients seeking breast cancer treatment or reconstruction, please contact Dr French's team in Sydney where he offers those procedures.
Dr French's waiting time for a consultation is generally slightly faster than to see Dr Moncrieff.
