LED Light Therapy

Your ongoing treatment will take approximately 30 minutes. Your first consultation and treatment is 40 minutes.

Light therapy is the therapeutic use of incident light to photomodulate cellular function, improving healing times, relieving pain, subsiding active acne, promoting skin rejuvenation and others. Our Healite harnesses the properties of various wavelengths of light via Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology, properly delivered and concentrated, treating effectively without possibility of physical trauma or thermal damage.

In the “orange light mode”, the Healite will promote:

• Wound Healing
• Pain Relief
• Skin Rejuvenation

For those who know their LEDs, this orange light is 830 nanometers with 590nm photosequencing.

And in “blue light mode” (415nm) we can treat active acne.

The Healite can treat active acne or help fresh surgical wound heal. It does not treat existing scars, however you may be assisted by our other treatments such as laser or skin needling combined with LED treatments.

We understand that sometimes things change! Given the high demand for consultations, all we ask that clients give us at least 2 full working days notice (by phone – 4920 7700) if they are not going to be able to attend at their scheduled time to allow us to contact people on our wait-list to reallocate the time.

If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled by the patient with less than 2 full working days notice they will be charged the full consultation fee. This will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit for the consultation. We reserve the right to decline requests to subsequently rebook for the same client.
