We ask that all new skin treatment patients have a full skin assessment before proceeding to treatment.

· Perform a Woods lamp assessment

As the skin renews from within, dramatic results can be noticed with fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, pigmentation, acne lesions, superficial scarring and overall the skin’s complexion is improved.
This depends on your skin condition, desired outcomes and individual response. As a guide, we generally recommended 3-6 superficial peels and 1-3 medium peels with continuous review at each appointment. Each session takes about half an hour. The skin should be prepared with tailored skin care a minimum of two weeks prior to the first treatment.
As several damaged layers of the skin are shed, it is common to feel mildly sun burnt after a peel. Redness, peeling and flaking can occur for a few days.
We understand that sometimes things change! Given the high demand for consultations, all we ask that clients give us at least 2 full working days notice (by phone – 4920 7700) if they are not going to be able to attend at their scheduled time to allow us to contact people on our wait-list to reallocate the time.
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled by the patient with less than 2 full working days notice they will lose their $50 deposit. We reserve the right to decline requests to subsequently rebook for the same client.
