We are delighted to announce that our amazing Practice Manager Jessica won a gold Stevie Award for Customer Service in Las Vegas today.
Jessica was been recognised for her amazing commitment to service and care for our patients on a global stage. As she is 38 weeks pregnant she wasn't able to make it in person, but we can't wait to celebrate once the award arrives via courier!
This brings our awards total to nineteen local, national and international awards over our 11 years in practice in Newcastle. While we know we have something pretty special, it is affirming to have independent judges evaluate our practice and see that too.
And given Jessica is feeling pretty uncomfortable in the last days of her pregnancy, perhaps the excitement tonight will hurry along some more good news!
