We are global award winners again! Our management team of Amber Moncrieff, Jessica Laing and Alicia Green have been recognised as winners of the Gold Award for Best Small Business Management Team at the 2021 Stevie Awards for Women in Business overnight.
Sadly the actual awards ceremony in Las Vegas has been another casualty of Covid, but it won't stop our team celebrating here in Newcastle!
Delivering results despite the headwinds
"These awards recognise that despite the obvious challenges, we have still had an outstanding couple of years. The fact that we were able to set new highs in terms of patient satisfaction, overall practice performance and record levels of demand is a testament to the strength of our entire team," Amber Moncrieff commented.
"Not only were we able to expand our practice to have Specialist Surgeon Dr James French join our team, but we delivered surgical outcomes and care to over 750 women. And importantly, we did all this while retaining a recommendation rate in our patient surveys of over 99% and seeing our online 5 star ratings grow to almost 400.
"Our strength as a team from the first phone call a patient makes, through the entire surgical journey, continues to be industry leading.
"I'm so proud to lead a team of dedicated, kind and hardworking women supporting Dr Moncrieff and Dr French to deliver the 5 star results and experiences we are known for," Amber commented.

About the Stevies
These are the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, the world’s top honours for businesses run by women.
This year there were more than 1500 entries submitted from women from 35 countries and entries were judged by 160 professionals from around the world.
The Hunter Plastic Surgery team won the category of Management Team of the Year at a Women-Owned or -Led Organization – 10 or Less Employees. They also won this category in 2019.
